New patients are always welcome at Somers Eye Center! We understand that your first visit to any eye doctor can feel overwhelming and we will try to accommodate our new patients with a comfortable and organized facility. All new patients will be asked to complete a questionnaire with information about your general health history and your eye health history. This can be completed online or in person prior to your visit. Completing this before your visit will help us complete your exam in a timely manner.
